Repo: [MrBongoC/ai-iso-skill](https://github.com/MrBongoC/ai-iso-skill) | Use cases: 3 | Page: https://dedupedai.com/use-cases/mrbongoc-ai-iso-skill/

A Claude skill that turns a named object into one interactive isometric HTML figure, drawn in plain SVG with parts that respond when pressed.

This file holds every use case of this repo. Each one starts with a "## " heading and ends with its URL.

## How to make a pressable isometric device figure in Claude.ai with AI Iso Skill

Repo: [MrBongoC/ai-iso-skill](https://github.com/MrBongoC/ai-iso-skill) | Difficulty: Beginner | Time: 15 minutes | Basis: From the README

Upload the skill once, then ask for an object with buttons and get back one interactive HTML figure.

**Who it is for:** A non-developer teacher or designer who needs a quick interactive diagram of a device for a slide or handout and works in Claude.ai.

**The problem:** Making an interactive illustration usually means learning drawing tools or writing front-end code, which takes far longer than the diagram is worth.

**The outcome:** One HTML file with a hairline isometric drawing on a numbered plate, where the parts you press show typed text, a number or a note.

### Steps

1. Download iso-figure.skill from the latest release at https://github.com/MrBongoC/ai-iso-skill/releases/latest
2. Open your skill settings in Claude.ai and upload iso-figure.skill
3. Ask Claude for a figure, for example: iso figure of a kitchen timer with minute buttons and a display that counts down
4. Save the returned HTML file and open it in a browser
5. Press each part and check that it produces the output Claude described

```text
Use the iso-figure skill from the MrBongoC/ai-iso-skill repo to create an isometric figure of <object with pressable parts>. Expected output: one HTML file with a numbered plate. Verify that pressing at least one part changes the display or shows a note.
```

### Caveat

The README names the Claude.ai upload path but does not state which plan or version is needed, so confirm your skill settings allow uploads before you start.

## How to install the skill as a Claude Code plugin and draw figures with AI Iso Skill

Repo: [MrBongoC/ai-iso-skill](https://github.com/MrBongoC/ai-iso-skill) | Difficulty: Intermediate | Time: 15 minutes | Basis: From the README

Add the marketplace and plugin with two commands, then request figures from inside Claude Code.

**Who it is for:** A developer or educator who already uses Claude Code and wants to produce several interactive isometric figures for docs or a course.

**The problem:** Repeating the same drawing and interaction work for each figure is slow, and a hand-built SVG has to be redone every time a new object is needed.

**The outcome:** A working iso-figure plugin in Claude Code that produces a new self-contained HTML figure for each object you name.

### Steps

1. Start Claude Code in your project folder
2. Run `/plugin marketplace add MrBongoC/ai-iso-skill`
3. Run `/plugin install iso-figure@ai-iso-skill`
4. Ask for a figure, for example: fig 6, a wall light switch that turns a lamp on and off
5. Open the returned HTML file and confirm the parts respond when pressed

### Prompt to paste into your agent

```text
In Claude Code, add the MrBongoC/ai-iso-skill marketplace and install iso-figure@ai-iso-skill, then request an isometric figure of <object with pressable parts>. Expected output: one HTML file using plain SVG. Verify that the file opens without external libraries and that a pressed part shows its result.
```

### Caveat

The plugin commands come from the README, but the README does not describe how figures are organized inside a project, so check where Claude Code saves the returned file.

## How to learn how the skill builds isometric SVG from SKILL.md with AI Iso Skill

Repo: [MrBongoC/ai-iso-skill](https://github.com/MrBongoC/ai-iso-skill) | Difficulty: Intermediate | Time: 30 minutes | Basis: From the README

Read the skill kernel and examples to see how box faces become SVG matrix transforms.

**Who it is for:** A front-end developer or student who wants to draw isometric graphics in plain SVG and needs a worked reference.

**The problem:** Isometric projection math and paint-order depth are easy to get wrong, and most examples rely on a drawing library instead of plain markup.

**The outcome:** A clear view of the roughly 15 lines of projection logic, the single state object and render() pattern, and the rules for the look, taken from the repo.

### Steps

1. Clone the repo with `git clone https://github.com/MrBongoC/ai-iso-skill.git`
2. Open skills/iso-figure/SKILL.md and read the kernel and the procedure
3. Open the files in the examples folder in a text editor
4. Find the code that maps each box face to an SVG matrix() call
5. Note how paint order and the state object with render() drive the interaction

### Prompt to paste into your agent

```text
Clone the MrBongoC/ai-iso-skill repo, read skills/iso-figure/SKILL.md and the files in examples, and summarize how box faces become SVG matrix() transforms. Expected output: a short written explanation with file references. Verify each claim against the actual files.
```

### Caveat

The README describes the projection approach in prose, so confirm the exact code details in the example files rather than relying on this summary.
