## How to take a change all the way to a merged PR with full send with Tstack

Install Tstack and say full send so the agent proves, reviews, files, babysits and merges the change.

**Who it is for:** A developer who wants small changes merged without watching CI and review bots.

**The problem:** Shipping a small change still means writing the PR, waiting on CI, answering bots and merging by hand.

**The outcome:** A change that is proven, reviewed, filed as a PR, watched through CI and merged, or stopped for you with full stop.

### Steps

1. Run `git clone https://github.com/t3dotgg/tstack`
2. Copy the skills with `cp -R tstack/skills/* ~/.claude/skills/` for Claude Code (or `cp -R tstack/skills/* ~/.codex/skills/` for Codex)
3. Make sure gh is authenticated
4. Make your change, then say full send; it uses sol-loop, file-pr and babysit-pr
5. Say full stop instead if you want to merge it yourself

Use the council skill to have models from three providers review a change until they reach agreement.

**Who it is for:** A senior engineer who does not trust a single model's review on risky changes.

**The problem:** One model's review has blind spots, and you cannot tell which findings are real.

**The outcome:** A review where three models from different providers loop until they agree, so the remaining findings are more trustworthy.

### Steps

1. Install Tstack as above
2. Set which models sit on your council in your CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md
3. Make sure your harness can run subagents on other providers' models
4. Say council on the change you want reviewed
5. Act on the findings the models agree on

## How to finish a stale or abandoned PR with take over with Tstack

Use takeover to finish someone else's PR, branch or agent thread while keeping their credit.

**Who it is for:** A maintainer with a pile of half-finished PRs from contributors or earlier agent runs.

**The problem:** Stale PRs rot, need rebasing and often should not exist anymore, and finishing them by hand is slow.

**The outcome:** Old PRs rebased and judged by modernize, finished where worthwhile and filed with credit kept for the original author.

### Steps

1. Install Tstack, including modernize, file-pr, babysit-pr and leaving-pr-comments, which takeover uses
2. Point the agent at the stale PR or branch and say take over
3. Let modernize rebase it and decide whether it should still exist
4. Review the finished PR and the comments the agent posted
5. Use babysit to watch it through CI
