Repo: [wshobson/agents](https://github.com/wshobson/agents) | Use cases: 3 | Page: https://dedupedai.com/use-cases/wshobson-agents/

wshobson/agents is a catalog of 94 plugins with 202 agents, 185 skills and 105 commands that installs across Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor, OpenCode, Antigravity, GitHub Copilot and Pi from one shared Markdown source.

This file holds every use case of this repo. Each one starts with a "## " heading and ends with its URL.

## How to add a Python development plugin to Claude Code with Agents

Repo: [wshobson/agents](https://github.com/wshobson/agents) | Difficulty: Beginner | Time: 15 minutes | Basis: From the README

Add the marketplace and install one plugin, then scaffold a FastAPI service with tests from a command.

**Who it is for:** A Python developer who wants an agent workflow for new services without writing prompts.

**The problem:** Starting each service from a blank prompt gives inconsistent structure.

**The outcome:** A scaffolded service created by a ready-made plugin command.

### Steps

1. In Claude Code run `/plugin marketplace add wshobson/agents`
2. Install with `/plugin install python-development@claude-code-workflows`
3. Run `/python-development:python-scaffold Create a FastAPI service with tests`
4. Review and run the generated tests

### Prompt to paste into your agent

```text
Install python-development@claude-code-workflows from wshobson/agents and run its python-scaffold command for <service description>. Confirm the generated tests run and pass.
```

### Caveat

Available components depend on the harness and the install route you choose.

## How to install a single skill without the whole catalog with Agents

Repo: [wshobson/agents](https://github.com/wshobson/agents) | Difficulty: Beginner | Time: 15 minutes | Basis: From the README

Pull just one skill, such as python-testing-patterns, with GitHub CLI or the Skills CLI.

**Who it is for:** A developer who wants one testing skill and nothing else in their agent context.

**The problem:** Installing a large catalog bloats what the agent loads.

**The outcome:** Exactly one skill installed in your agent.

### Steps

1. Run `gh skill install wshobson/agents python-testing-patterns`
2. Or run `npx skills add wshobson/agents --skill python-testing-patterns`
3. Start a new agent session
4. Ask the agent to apply the skill to your tests

### Prompt to paste into your agent

```text
Install only the python-testing-patterns skill from wshobson/agents, then use it to improve tests in <module>. List what changed and confirm the tests pass.
```

### Caveat

Skills install per harness, so repeat the install for each tool you use.

## How to use the same plugins across Codex, OpenCode and Copilot with Agents

Repo: [wshobson/agents](https://github.com/wshobson/agents) | Difficulty: Intermediate | Time: 30 minutes | Basis: From the README

Install from the Codex marketplace or generate artifacts for OpenCode, Antigravity, Copilot and Pi.

**Who it is for:** A team that uses different coding tools but wants shared agent workflows.

**The problem:** Each tool has its own plugin format.

**The outcome:** The same Agents and skills available in every tool the team uses.

### Steps

1. For Codex run `codex plugin marketplace add wshobson/agents` then `codex plugin add python-development@claude-code-workflows`
2. For other tools clone with `gh repo clone wshobson/agents ~/agents`
3. Run `make install-opencode`, `make install-copilot` or `make install-pi` as needed
4. Validate with `make validate STRICT=1` after regenerating

### Prompt to paste into your agent

```text
Install python-development from wshobson/agents into Codex and into <second harness> using the README routes. Confirm the same skill is listed in both tools.
```

### Caveat

Some harnesses get generated versions, so features like hooks may not carry over.
