Credentials. The skills act through your authenticated gh, so they can push, comment and merge as you; start with full-stop until you trust them.
Who it is forA developer who wants small changes merged without watching CI and review bots.
The problemShipping a small change still means writing the PR, waiting on CI, answering bots and merging by hand.
The outcomeA change that is proven, reviewed, filed as a PR, watched through CI and merged, or stopped for you with full stop.
What you need first
- Claude Code or Codex
- An authenticated GitHub CLI (gh)
- python3 for babysit-pr's pr-wait script
- council and sol-loop need subagents on other providers' models (T3 Code or a harness that can run them)
Steps
- Run
git clone https://github.com/t3dotgg/tstack - Copy the skills with
cp -R tstack/skills/* ~/.claude/skills/for Claude Code (orcp -R tstack/skills/* ~/.codex/skills/for Codex) - Make sure gh is authenticated
- Make your change, then say full send; it uses sol-loop, file-pr and babysit-pr
- Say full stop instead if you want to merge it yourself
Prompt for your agent
Install t3dotgg/tstack into Claude Code, then use full-stop on the change in this branch: prove it, review it, file a short problem-first PR and babysit CI, but stop when the PR is ready for me to merge.
Caveat.
