Quick start with Open Code Review

1. Check you have what it needs: Git 2.41 or newer; Node.js and npm to install the CLI; An API key for an LLM provider, unless you use Delegation Mode.
2. Open alibaba/open-code-review on GitHub and read the README and license.
3. Run npm install -g @alibaba-group/open-code-review
4. Run ocr config provider to select a provider and enter your API key
5. Run ocr config model to pick a model for the active provider
6. In your project, run ocr review to review all staged, unstaged and untracked changes
