Who it is forA developer who wants to split off a well-defined coding task to Codex while keeping control of the workspace.
The problemRunning a Codex agent by hand leaves no shared record of ownership, output or the final result.
The outcomeA Codex agent works on a scoped task in the workspace, and its status, output and terminal receipt stay retrievable by the owner.
What you need first
- A Windows, macOS or Linux computer that can run a published lnwjud build
- A local project folder to use as the workspace
- For Codex delegation: Codex access with enough account quota
Steps
- Enable Codex delegation and Agent Swarm in Lnwjud. The README does not give the exact setting path.
- Confirm the tool count rises to 294 once both are enabled.
- Start a bounded task in the workspace and keep monitoring the spawned agent until it reports a result.
- Retrieve the retained task status, stdout, stderr and terminal receipt for the task.
- Review the Codex output before accepting any change.
Prompt for your agent
Using the lnwjud repo with Codex delegation and Agent Swarm enabled, delegate <task description> to a Codex agent in <workspace path> and report its status. Verify that monitoring continues after the start request ends and that the terminal receipt is retrievable.
Caveat. Hosted Codex results depend on account quota and provider availability, so a delegated run can stall even when Lnwjud itself works.
