Who it is forPodcaster repackaging a long interview into a polished clip for social

The problemA plain interview recording looks flat, and adding overlays one by one in an editor is slow.

The outcomeThe same footage with designed lower-thirds, kinetic titles, pull-quotes and side panels rendered into a new MP4.

What you need first

  • Node.js 22 or newer
  • FFmpeg installed locally
  • A coding agent that supports skills (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, OpenCode and others)
  • No GPU or paid API key is stated in the README for local rendering

Steps

  1. Install the skills with: npx skills add heygen-com/hyperframes
  2. Pick Core Skills and restart your agent.
  3. Run /talking-head-recut and point it at the interview file.
  4. Tell it which speaker names, stats and quotes to feature.
  5. Review the render for text that covers the speaker's face.

Prompt for your agent

Use /talking-head-recut from heygen-com/hyperframes on <interview video> to add a lower-third for <speaker name> and two pull-quotes. Verify names and quotes are spelled and attributed correctly.

Caveat. The README describes this as packaging footage you already have, so it does not fix poor audio or video quality in the source.
