  • Node.js 20.12+ and Python 3.10+ for v6.12
  • uv for setup scripts
  • An AI coding tool such as Claude Code or Codex

Steps

  1. Install Node.js 20.12+, Python 3.10+ and uv
  2. Run npx bmad-method install in your project
  3. Open your AI coding tool and invoke bmad-build with your change
  4. Run bmad-help whenever you need the next step
