1. Check you have what it needs: Python 3.10+, git, and the claude CLI on your PATH; At least two accounts to pool: Claude Pro or Max, ChatGPT/Codex, or Anthropic API keys; A browser to complete the account login.
2. Open DevDock-AI/claude-unlimited on GitHub and read the README and license.
3. Install with the one-line command for your system from the README Install section, then open http://127.0.0.1:4317/ to confirm the dashboard runs.
4. Run claude-unlimited add-account to log in your first Claude Pro or Max account in the browser.
5. Add a second account, such as a ChatGPT/Codex subscription or an API key, from the dashboard at http://127.0.0.1:4317/.
6. Run claude-unlimited code in your project and keep working as normal.
