Who it is forA developer who wants Claude Code fixing one bug while Codex builds a feature, without them colliding.
The problemRunning two agents in one checkout means they overwrite each other's files.
The outcomeSeparate workspaces per task, each reviewed in Changes and previewed before you commit.
What you need first
- macOS (primary target); Linux AppImage is experimental; no Windows build yet
- Git; gh is optional and enables the PR workflows
- Your own agent subscriptions such as Claude Code or Codex
Steps
- Download the desktop app for macOS (Apple Silicon or Intel .dmg) from the releases page
- Add a repository from your computer or clone one
- Create a workspace, choose your CLI agent, and describe a small change
- Repeat for a second task; each gets its own Git worktree, branch and terminals
- Inspect each patch in Changes, run the tests, preview the app in the browser pane, then commit
Prompt for your agent
Set up ParadevAI/Paradev on <repo>, create two workspaces, run <agent A> on <task A> and <agent B> on <task B>, and show me each diff in Changes before anything is committed.
Caveat. Worktrees separate working files; they do not sandbox processes or prevent merge conflicts.
