How to get an independent review of a risky integration with J Space Cognition Suite

Assign a real child agent to review an integration contract and resolve disagreements with checks.

Authorization notice. J Space Cognition Suite is dual-use. Only use it on software, sites and systems you own or have explicit permission to test.

Who it is forA lead engineer or AI agent coordinating a difficult integration where competing approaches need a second opinion.

The problemA single agent tends to accept its own assumptions, and a review by the same identity does not count as independent.

The outcomeTwo recorded review rounds from a separate child agent, a root acceptance verdict backed by evidence, and an all-agent check before shipment.

What you need first

  • A host that can load a local SKILL.md and retrieve its supporting files
  • Python 3.10 or later, using the python, python3, or py -3 command for your system
  • A copy of the complete j-space/ directory placed in the host's Skills directory
  • Access to the target project as a task directory, and permission for the host to run local commands
  • For xhigh work, a host that can actually launch child agents

Steps

  1. From an initialized high task, run /scripts/control.py route --level xhigh --module modules/repository.md --reason "Independent integration review" and then /scripts/control.py read --agent root.
  2. Register the reviewer with /scripts/control.py agent add --id reviewer --parent root --task "Inspect the integration contract" --owns src, and have the host actually launch that child agent.
  3. Have the child run /scripts/control.py pulse --event resume --agent reviewer, /scripts/control.py repo view --agent reviewer, and write evidence/review-1.txt and evidence/review-2.txt after two substantive passes.
  4. Submit each review with /scripts/control.py report --agent reviewer --round 1 and --round 2, then have root check the findings and run /scripts/control.py review --agent root --target reviewer --verdict accepted --evidence evidence/acceptance.txt. (inferred, check the README)
  5. After all artifacts are stable, sync the map, have every active agent run read and repo view, then run /scripts/control.py check --stage ship --agent root. (inferred, check the README)

Prompt for your agent

Use the j-space skill at xhigh for the integration in <repo path>. Assign an independent contract review to a real child agent, require two review rounds with evidence files, and have root reproduce any material finding before accepting it. Verify that every active agent has run its own read and repo view before the final ship check.

Caveat. The README states that an agent ID is not an independent model, so the host must genuinely launch the child and deliver its own output.
