4 use cases

  • Talk to a Claude Code agent from your Apple Watch

Hold the watch screen, say a request, and get your Mac's Claude Code agent to act on it.

    View prompt
Clone https://github.com/lcoutodemos/chums into <target-folder> and follow its AGENTS.md to set up Chums on this Mac. Expected output: the hub running and a Claude Code agent started for the watch. Verify by running bin/chums-doctor from the repo and confirming it reports no failures.
  • Approve or deny agent actions from your wrist

Get a card on the watch when an agent asks for permission and allow or deny it in one motion.

    View prompt
In the chums repo at <target-folder>, run bin/chums-permissions and confirm the permissions step completed for the agents. Expected output: the agents' permissions granted once. Verify by checking that bin/chums-doctor reports the permission check as passing.
  • Run a Codex agent next to your Claude Code agents

Switch one character from Claude Code to Codex and follow its terminal on the Mac.

    View prompt
In the chums repo at <target-folder>, run bin/chums-codex and confirm a Codex terminal opens on the same conversation as the watch agent. Expected output: a Codex session you can follow on the Mac. Verify with bin/chums-doctor that the Codex path reports no failures.
  • Review agent output and charts on your iPhone

Read the same agent conversations on iPhone and open charts, pages and files the agent made.

    View prompt
In the chums repo at <target-folder>, run bin/chums-doctor and report whether the iPhone app can reach the hub with the same address and token. Expected output: a read-only check of the whole chain with a fix for each failure. Verify that the hub check passes before using the iPhone app.

  3. Clone the repo and enter it: git clone https://github.com/lcoutodemos/chums.git && cd chums

These steps come from our top use case, Talk to a Claude Code agent from your Apple Watch, which also has a copy-paste agent prompt.
