How to turn an AI coaching reply into a plan on your watch with Zepp Bridge

Paste an AI-written week of workouts into Zepp Bridge, adjust each session, and send it to a compatible watch.

Who it is forA runner, cyclist or swimmer who gets a training plan from an AI and wants it on the watch without retyping every session.

The problemAI training advice stays as text, so each session must be copied by hand into the watch app, and recovery changes are hard to apply.

The outcomeA week of day cards you can check, reorder and edit, then send to a compatible watch with a delivery status you can follow.

What you need first

  • A Zepp or Amazfit account you are entitled to access
  • A Windows, macOS or Linux computer to install the desktop app, or a server for headless use
  • An AI account of your choice, such as ChatGPT, Claude or DeepSeek, for the AI features
  • A compatible watch and the Zepp app on your phone for sending training plans

Steps

  1. Connect your Zepp account in Settings, then check that your watch is listed as compatible.
  2. Ask your AI for a plan in the agreed format, then paste the reply into Zepp Bridge so it appears as a week of day cards.
  3. Drag days to swap dates, and edit duration, distance, intensity targets and repeat sets for each session.
  4. When recovery is poor, swap a day's intervals for an easy session, and save frequent sessions as templates if useful.
  5. Confirm the plan, send it through Zepp and follow the delivery status in the app.

Prompt for your agent

Using the ZeppBridge repository, draft a seven-day running plan for <athlete goal> based on my records from <date range>, in the format ZeppBridge accepts. Expected output: a plan file ready to paste into the app. Verify that rest and sleep suggestions are kept as notes only, since they are not sent to the watch.

Caveat. Only running, cycling, pool swimming and open-water swimming plans can be sent today, and whether your watch accepts and shows a plan depends on the device and its sync state.
